Healthier Tahini Brownie
Ingredients
- 2 dl tahini
- 1 dl maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 dl cacao powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp brown cane sugar
- few pinches of salt
- 1 dl chocolate chopped
- 1 dl walnuts chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 175 C and line an 18 x 18 cm brownie pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine tahini, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Add cocoa powder, baking powder, brown cane sugar and salt and combine using a spatula.
- Fold in the chopped chocolate and chopped walnuts using a spatula.
- Bake for 22 min, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let cool down completely in the brownie pan.
- Cut into squares and enjoy with some vanilla ice cream.
