Blended Overnight Oats with Blueberry Jam
Ingredients
- 0.75 dl oats
- 0.75 dl water
- 2 tbsp plain thick yoghurt
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1-2 tsp maple syrup
Toppings
- blueberry jam
- frothed milk
Instructions
- Into a blender add oats, water, yoghurt, chia seeds and maple syrup. Blend until smooth. Transfer the batter into a bowl and let sit in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, top your overnight oats with some blueberry jam and frothed milk. If you have a sweet tooth, pour some extra maple syrup on top! Enjoy!
