Ingredients

Cheesecake Oats

  • 1 dl oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 dl water
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 0.5 tbsp maple syrup
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla sugar optional

Blueberry Jam

  • 0.5 dl frozen blueberries
  • 1 ml potato flour
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Topping

  • digestive biscuits

Instructions

  • Combine oats, chia seeds, water, cream cheese, maple syrup and vanilla sugar in a bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, add blueberries, potato four and maple syrup.
    Microwave for about 1 min, then stir.
    Top the oats with the jam.
  • Place the oats in the fridge overnight.
  • Top with some crushed digestive and enjoy!!
