I know this salad looks kind of disgusting, but I promise, IT WAS NOT! It was quite the opposite. Healthy, crunchy and super flavourful thanks to the amazing miso dressing! I want to eat this salad again and again.
Chopped Cabbage and Tuna Salad with Miso Dressing
I know this salad looks kind of disgusting, but I promise, IT WAS NOT! It was quite the opposite. Healthy, crunchy and super flavourful thanks to the amazing miso dressing! I want to eat this salad again and again.
Ingredients
Salad
- 1 dl cabbage chopped
- 1 dl cucumber chopped
- 0.5 dl carrot chopped
- 0.5 dl chickpeas cooked
- 2 tbsp canned tuna
- 2 tbsp almonds chopped
- 2 tbsp avocado mashed
Miso Dressing
- 1.5 tsp miso
- 3 tsp mayonnaise
- 0.5 tsp mirin
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chopped cabbage, cucumber, carrot, cooked chickpeas, canned tuna, chopped almonds and mashed avocado.
- In a separate bowl, mix miso, mayonnaise, mirin, sesame oil and sesame seeds into a dressing.
- Pour the dressing into the chopped salad bowl and combine.
- Serve.
