Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp oat flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk
  • 2-3 tbsp water depending on how thick you want the pudding to be
  • 0.5-1 tbsp maple syrup depending on how sweet you want the pudding to be
  • a pinch of salt
  • 0.5 dl mango finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp white chocolate chopped

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine chia seeds, oat flour, coconut milk, water, maple syrup, salt, chopped mango and chopped white chocolate.
  • Let sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  • Enjoy the chia pudding as it is, or top it with some granola for crunch.
