Creamy Tuna and Rice Rice Paper Rolls

Ingredients

  • 80 g Japanese rice cooked
  • 40 g canned tuna
  • 0.5 tsp mayonnaise kewpie
  • 0.5 tsp soy sauce
  • 0.5 avokado mashed
  • seaweed
  • 2 sheets rice paper
  • black sesame seeds optional

Instructions

  • Combine rice, tuna, mayonnaise and soy sauce in a bowl.
  • Mash avocado.
  • Dip rice paper in hot water until soft.
  • Place the rice paper on a flat surface, fill it with seaweed, the rice mixture and mashed avokado, and roll it into a beautiful roll.
  • Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top (optional).
  • Serve with some extra soy sauce!
