Double Chocolate Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 0.75 dl oats old fashioned or quick
- 0.75 dl milk
- 1 tbsp cacao
- 2 tbsp apple sauce unsweetened
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 1-2 tbsp chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 C.
- Into a blender add oats, milk, cacao, apple sauce, maple syrup, baking powder and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a ramekin and add some chocolate chips.
- Bake in the middle of the oven for about 25 min.
- Enjoy!!!
Notes
- If you want the baked oats to be a little sweeter, i’d say add another 0.5 tbsp of maple syrup!
- If you want to save some time, try air frying the oats instead at 170C/338F for about 15 minutes, and you should end up with the same result taste wise.
