Ingredients

  • 400 g cooked rice Japanese
  • 6 tbsp ketchup more if you want 🙂
  • 150 g tuna canned
  • 100 g corn
  • 1 ml hondashi (optional)
  • 1 ml granulated sugar
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 4 sliced of cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  • Combine cooked rice, ketchup, tuna, corn, hondasi, sugar, salt and black pepper in a bowl.
  • Divide the rice equally in 4 bowls.
  • Add a slice of cheese on each pile of rice.
  • Crack an egg over each pile of rice.
  • Cover the bowls with a plate or plastic wrap and microwave for about 1-3 min, depending on how cooked you want the egg to be.
  • Serve and top with some extra ketchup.
