Easy Microwave Omurice
Ingredients
- 400 g cooked rice Japanese
- 6 tbsp ketchup more if you want 🙂
- 150 g tuna canned
- 100 g corn
- 1 ml hondashi (optional)
- 1 ml granulated sugar
- salt
- black pepper
- 4 sliced of cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs
Instructions
- Combine cooked rice, ketchup, tuna, corn, hondasi, sugar, salt and black pepper in a bowl.
- Divide the rice equally in 4 bowls.
- Add a slice of cheese on each pile of rice.
- Crack an egg over each pile of rice.
- Cover the bowls with a plate or plastic wrap and microwave for about 1-3 min, depending on how cooked you want the egg to be.
- Serve and top with some extra ketchup.
