Ingredients

  • 65 g all purpose flour
  • 20 g granulated sugar
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 ml baking powder
  • 50 g butter Between cold and room temperature

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200 C.
  • Combine flour, granulated sugar, vanilla sugar and baking powder in a bowl.
  • Cut the cold/room temperature butter into small chunks and add it to the bowl.
  • Knead the butter into the flour until it looks like a dough.
  • Divide the dough into 7 equal pieces. Roll them into balls and flatten them a little bit, so they are about 8 mm thick.
  • Bake in oven for about 10 min.
  • Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
