Easy White Cookies
Ingredients
- 65 g all purpose flour
- 20 g granulated sugar
- 0.5 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 ml baking powder
- 50 g butter Between cold and room temperature
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200 C.
- Combine flour, granulated sugar, vanilla sugar and baking powder in a bowl.
- Cut the cold/room temperature butter into small chunks and add it to the bowl.
- Knead the butter into the flour until it looks like a dough.
- Divide the dough into 7 equal pieces. Roll them into balls and flatten them a little bit, so they are about 8 mm thick.
- Bake in oven for about 10 min.
- Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
