Egg Drop Soup, For One
This Egg Drop Soup is soooo comforting and only takes 10 min to make. I love to make this soup when i'm feeling cold and sick, or when I don't feel like spending much time in the kitchen.
Ingredients
- 2 dl water
- 0.5 tsp torigara soup or other chicken bullion
- 0.5 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp water
- 2 tbsp corn
- 0.5 tsp sesame oil
- 1 pinch of sugar
- salt to taste
- white pepper to taste
- 1 egg
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, bring water to a simmer and add the torigara soup.2 dl water, 0.5 tsp torigara soup
- Combine cornstarch and water well in a small bowl and pour it into the saucepan.0.5 tsp cornstarch, 1 tsp water
- Stir in corn, sesame oil, sugar and season with salt and white pepper.2 tbsp corn, 0.5 tsp sesame oil, 1 pinch of sugar
- Lightly beat egg in a bowl.1 egg
- Slowly drizzle the egg into the saucepan in a circular motion while using a ladle to stir the soup.
- Ladle the soup into a bowl, top with sliced scallion (optional), and enjoy!
