Ingredients

  • 2 dl oats old fashioned or quick oats
  • 0.5 dl seeds or/and nuts
  • a pinch of salt
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1.5 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1.5 tbsp peanut butter or any other nut butter
  • 0.5 dried fruit chopped if large
  • 0.5 dl chocolate chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180 C.
  • In a large bowl, combine the oats, seeds/nuts and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, combine vanilla extract, melted coconut oil, maple syrup and peanut butter.
  • Pour the wet ingredient into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix well until every oat and seed/nut is coated.
  • Transfer the granola into a baking pan and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake for 10 min, then give it a stir.
  • Bake for 10 min, then add the dried fruits and give it a stir.
  • Bake for another 5 min.
  • Remove from oven and let cool completely.
  • Add the chopped chocolate and stir.
  • Enjoy the granola with some milk or yoghurt.
