Healthy Carrot Cake Balls Filled with Cream Cheese
Ingredients
- 20 g cream cheese
- 0.5 tsp maple syrup
- 0.5 dl oats
- 0.5 dl carrot shredded
- 5 dates
- 5 walnuts
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 ml vanilla extract
- 1 ml cinnamon
- 2 pinches of salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese and maple syrup.
- On a baking sheet, make 6 small dots of the cream cheese mixture and let freeze for about 30 min.
- Meanwhile, in a blender, add oats, shredded carrot, dates, walnuts, coconut flakes, cinnamon, vanilla extract and salt. Blend until almost smooth, or until completely smooth. Whatever you prefer.
- Take some of the "dough" and flatten in out on your palm. Fill it with the frozen cream cheese and then roll the "dough" into a ball.
- Let harden in the freezer for at least 1 h and enjoy!
