Ingredients

  • 100 g oats
  • 90 g whole wheat flour
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • a few pinches of salt
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 egg
  • 120 g honey
  • 0.5 dl raisins or chopped chocolate
  • 0.5 dl walnuts chopped

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine oats, whole wheat flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, combine melted coconut oil, egg and honey.
  • Pour the wet ingredients to the bowl with the dry ingredients and combine well.
  • Fold in raising and chopped walnuts.
  • Let the dough chill in the fridge for 10 min.
  • Preheat the oven to 165 C, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Form 12 balls with the dough, place them on the parchment paper and flatten them slightly.
  • Bake for 12 min.
  • Remove from oven and cool on the baking sheet for 15 min.
