Healthy Oatmeal, Date Caramel and Chocolate Bars
Ingredients
- 10 dates
- water boiling
- 1 ml vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 dl oat flour
- 0.5 dl almond flour
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp peanut butter creamy
- 40 g dark chocolate melted
- 2 tbsp cashews chopped
Instructions
- Soak dates in boiling water for about 15 min.
- Meanwhile, add oat flour, almond flour, maple syrup and peanut butter into a bowl and combine well into a dough.
- Remove the pits from the dates and place the dates in a blender.
- Add vanilla and salt and blend until smooth.
- On a piece of parchment paper, spread out the oatmeal dough, then the date caramel, melted chocolate and finish off with some chopped nuts and sea salt.
- Let it cool and harden in the fridge for at least 30 min.
- Crack the bars into pieces and enjoy!
- Store them in the fridge.
