Ingredients

Mango Overnight Oats

  • 0.5 dl oats 17 g
  • 1 dl water 100 g
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp plain thick yoghurt
  • 0.5 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2-4 tbsp mango chopped

Sweet Coconut Sauce

  • 1 tbsp coconut milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Topping

  • mango chopped
  • white chocolate grated

Instructions

  • The night before, in a bowl combine oats, water, chia seeds, yoghurt, maple syrup and chopped mango. Let thicken in the fridge overnight, at least 8 hours.
  • In the morning, chop some more mango and make the coconut sauce. To make the coconut sauce, mix together coconut milk and maple syrup.
  • Transfer the oats to a new bowl (optional, but it makes it look prettier). Pour over the coconut sauce and garnish with the chopped mango and some grated white chocolate.
  • Enjoy!!
