Pasta with Spinach and pea sauce

Ingredients

  • 50 g pasta of choice
  • olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic minced
  • 0.5 green onion sliced
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 0.5 dl milk
  • 1 big handful of spinach
  • 0.5 dl parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 dl green peas
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to the instructions on the packaging.
  • Heat a pan to medium high heat and add some olive oil.
  • Sauté minced garlic and sliced green onion for about 2 min.
  • Add cream cheese, milk and spinach and cook for about 4 min or until the spinach has shrunken.
  • Mix the sauce with a blender.
  • Add grated parmesan cheese, green peas and season with salt an black pepper.
  • Add the cooked pasta into the sauce and stir.
  • Add some pasta water is needed.
  • Serve and enjoy.
