Pasta with Spinach and pea sauce
Ingredients
- 50 g pasta of choice
- olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic minced
- 0.5 green onion sliced
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 0.5 dl milk
- 1 big handful of spinach
- 0.5 dl parmesan cheese grated
- 0.5 dl green peas
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to the instructions on the packaging.
- Heat a pan to medium high heat and add some olive oil.
- Sauté minced garlic and sliced green onion for about 2 min.
- Add cream cheese, milk and spinach and cook for about 4 min or until the spinach has shrunken.
- Mix the sauce with a blender.
- Add grated parmesan cheese, green peas and season with salt an black pepper.
- Add the cooked pasta into the sauce and stir.
- Add some pasta water is needed.
- Serve and enjoy.
