Ingredients

Creamy Potatoes and Leek

  • 500 g potatoes cut into bite size pieces
  • 10 cm leek (the white part) sliced
  • 1 clove of garlic minced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 dl cream
  • 1 dl parmesan cheese grated
  • salt
  • black pepper

Salmon

  • 440 g salmon
  • 0.5 lemon sliced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 175 C.
  • Remove scales from salmon and cut salmon into 4 pieces.

  • Place salmon in an oven proof form, drizzle some olive and season with salt and black pepper.

  • Slice lemon and place lemon slices on salmon.
    0.5 lemon
  • Cut potato into bite size pieces, slice leek and mince garlic
    500 g potatoes, 10 cm leek (the white part), 1 clove of garlic
  • Cook salmon in the oven for about 20-25 min.
  • Boil potatoes until cooked through.
  • Sauté leek in a pan with olive oil for about 5 min.
    1 tsp olive oil
  • Add garlic and sauté for 1 min.
  • Add cream and parmesan cheese and stir.
    1 dl cream, 1 dl parmesan cheese
  • When the potatoes are cooked through, add them into the sauce as well and season with salt and black pepper.
  • Serve salmon wich creamy potatoes and leek and finish off with fresh parsley.
