Ingredients

  • olive oil
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 140 g spinach frozen, chopped
  • 60 g flour
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dill dried
  • 120 g milk
  • 1 egg
  • 30 g butter melted
  • 50 g feta cheese
  • 50 g mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp parmesan grated

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven 190 C.
  • Slice green onion.
  • Heat a pan over medium heat. Once hot, add some olive oil.
  • Sauté green onion for about 2 min.
  • Add the frozen spinach, raise the heat a little and cook the spinach for about 10 min to release excess moisture.
  • Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and dill.
  • Add milk, egg and melted butter and mix to combine well.
  • Add the spinach, crumbled feta and mozzarella mix to combine.
  • Transfer the batter to an oven proof form and grate some parmesan cheese on top.
  • Bake in the middle of the oven for about 40 min.
  • Let cool down for 5 min and enjoy!
