Spinach and Feta Bake
Ingredients
- olive oil
- 2 green onions sliced
- 140 g spinach frozen, chopped
- 60 g flour
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dill dried
- 120 g milk
- 1 egg
- 30 g butter melted
- 50 g feta cheese
- 50 g mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp parmesan grated
Instructions
- Preheat the oven 190 C.
- Slice green onion.
- Heat a pan over medium heat. Once hot, add some olive oil.
- Sauté green onion for about 2 min.
- Add the frozen spinach, raise the heat a little and cook the spinach for about 10 min to release excess moisture.
- Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and dill.
- Add milk, egg and melted butter and mix to combine well.
- Add the spinach, crumbled feta and mozzarella mix to combine.
- Transfer the batter to an oven proof form and grate some parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake in the middle of the oven for about 40 min.
- Let cool down for 5 min and enjoy!
