Ingredients

  • 1 dl spinach frozen, chopped
  • 1 dl mango frozen, cubed
  • 1/2 banana fresh or frozen
  • 0.5 dl plain thick yoghurt
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp matcha powder
  • 0.5-2 dl milk

Instructions

  • Into a strong blender, add all the ingredients except milk, and blend until smooth.
  • Add milk a little at the time and blend, until you reach your desired consistency.
    Less milk = Thick smoothie
    More milk = Thin smoothie
