Teriyaki Salmon
Ingredients
Teriyaki sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar of choice
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp sake
Salmon
- 440 g salmon
- salt
- black pepper
- flour for coating
- rapeseed oil
Instructions
- Mix sugar, soy sauce, mirin and sake in a bowl.
- Cut salmon into four slices.
- Season salmon with salt and black pepper, then cover the salmon with flour.
- Heat rapeseed oil in a medium hot pan.
- Place the salmon, skin side down, in the pan and cook until the skin becomes crispy.
- Flip the salmon and cook until they are almost fully cooked.
- Lower the heat and add the sauce.
- Cook until the salmon is cooked to your liking and until the sauce has thicken.
- Serve the teriyaki salmon with some rice and salad.
